Supported Employment Program

Lou Derand, LLC offers services to persons with behavioral health care needs, developmental disability and addictive disease who want to work and need assistance and support in order to get and keep a job.

Program Goals:

  • To accept all participants, that are      interested in working, into the program

  • Provide assistance in obtaining employment within the current job market, along with competitive wages

  • Offer continuous support and services throughout the duration of employment

Program Offers:

  • Evaluation of work-related strengths and abilities  

  • Assistance with individual training to help build skills and create everything necessary to find and keep a job  

  • Onsite skills training and community volunteer opportunities to develop work habits and confidence  

  • Support and Service Coordination to help maintain employmet
